Louis Letourneau, of Isis Financial Planners, asks for your help in fighting unjust Inheritance Tax rules, leading up to the implementation of the Civil Partnership Act in December 2005.

In his latest Gay Times, gtfinance, article, Louis looks at the situation of those people who have lost their partners, since the Civil Partnership Act was passed in November 2004, but who still have to pay, what can be, enormous Inheritance Tax bills, often resulting them having to sell their home. Heterosexual, married couples do not have to pay a penny.
