The UK Government's Women & Equality Unit have issued advice and guidlelines on Civil Partnerships specifically aimed at older people. The advice covers:
SPECIAL ARRANGMENTS FOR REGISTERING A CIVIL PARTNERSHIP

IF A CIVIL PARTNER DIES
- Death registration
- Wills
- Intestacy
- Family provision
- Life assurance
